Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your Numeline account and the data associated with it at any time.
Fastest: in the app
- Open Numeline and sign in.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
The deletion is immediate. If the app asks you to sign in again, do so and try again: it is a security measure.
No access to the app: request form
Enter the email address you use to sign in to the app. If you sign in with Google or Apple, enter the address of that account.
You will receive an acknowledgement by email. Deletion is completed within 30 days at most, and you will receive a confirmation once it is done.
What will be deleted
- Your account and authentication profile.
- Scanned products and history linked to your account.
- Your dietary profiles (allergens, diets) and badges.
- Subscription information stored on our servers.
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are cancelled in your Apple or Google account: deleting your Numeline account does not stop them automatically. Data stored on your phone (cache, preferences) is removed by uninstalling the app.
