Account & Data Deletion

If you want to delete your Numeline account and associated data, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

Send an email to vgaillard85@gmail.com from the email address you use in the app.
Subject: Account deletion request
Include: your full name (optional), the email used to sign in, and a short confirmation that you want your account deleted.

If you signed in with Google, please use the same Google email in your request.

What will be deleted

Your account and authentication profile.
Scanned products and history linked to your account.
Subscriptions/entitlements stored on our servers.

Local data stored on your device (caches, preferences) is removed by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.

Processing time

We process deletion requests as quickly as possible and within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once it is completed.
